Ellis Brothers Collision is now hiring 1 Estimator for full time, immediate employment to fuel our growing company.   Working knowledge of CCC One AND Mitchell estimating platforms, a valid driver's license, and current State of Michigan License for Unitized Body Structural Repair (or working toward) is required.  In-depth knowledge of CCC One and Mitchell Estimating platforms, pro-level Quality and pro-level Quantity of Estimate Writing ability(Repair Planning), and a proven track record of success moves you to the top of the list and very close to a 6 figure income.

Compensation Package

Excellent starting salary based on experience - $60,000.00 to $80,000.00

Position Summary

Perform Estimator and customer service-related duties in a helpful, thorough, and efficient manner and in accordance with management instructions and good business practice.

Major Responsibilities

-Regular full attendance is a job requirement.  Employees are expected to be at work on time as scheduled.

-Write estimates and create repair plans to restore each vehicle to pre-accident condition.  Research repair methods to capture all necessary operations.  Perform pre scan operations to find accident-related codes.  Arrange for sublet operations.

-Order parts per insurance company guidelines. 

-Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
