Ellis Brothers Collision is now hiring 1 Customer Service Representative for full time, immediate employment to fuel our growing company.   

This is a challenging career with a great deal of customer interaction.  No prior experience is necessary but the right candidate must already posess excellent customer service skills.  In addition, candidates that learn quickly and are organized excel in this position.

Compensation Package

• Excellent starting salary based on experience - $65,000.00 to 80, 000 Based on experience.

Position Summary

Perform customer service-related duties in a helpful, thorough, and efficient manner and in accordance with management instructions and good business practice.

Major Responsibilities

• Regular full attendance is a job requirement.  Employees are expected to be at work on time as scheduled.
• Update customers, perform pre & post scan operations to find accident-related codes, arrange for sublet operations, and work with Production Manager to learn operations of the business and learn new aspects of the work flow.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and perform administrative duties in between.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
